With full-service junk removal, our crew loads everything, hauls it away, and handles disposal — you just point at what you want gone. With a dump trailer rental, we drop the 12-foot trailer in your driveway, you load it on your own schedule, and we come back to pick it up and dump it. Trailer rental is cheaper if you have time and labor; full-service is faster if you don't.
We can't haul hazardous materials including paint, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, pesticides, asbestos-containing material, or medical waste. We also can't take wet or contaminated material from sewage backups (that's a separate restoration scope). Refrigerators and freezers are accepted but may carry a small freon-handling surcharge.
Our trailer holds approximately 12 cubic yards — about four standard pickup-truck loads, or the equivalent of a full one-car garage cleared down to the slab. It fits in a standard residential driveway and we use protective pads to avoid pavement damage.
Yes. Concrete, dirt, and brick are billed by load weight and run $500–$1,200 per load with a typical $150–$400 concrete surcharge, because dump facilities charge premium tipping fees for heavy inert material. We'll confirm pricing on-site before loading.
Not necessarily. For driveway, yard, or garage pickups where the items are accessible from the outside, you can leave detailed instructions and we'll send photos before and after. For interior cleanouts or anything requiring access decisions, we recommend you or a representative be on-site.
