Excavation and subgrade prep — soil excavated to design depth, compacted to spec, aggregate base installed.
Forming and reinforcement — formwork built, rebar tied at correct spacing, embeds and dowels placed.
Pour and finish — concrete placed, screeded, floated, and finished to specified texture (broom, smooth, exposed aggregate, or stamped).
Joint cutting and curing — control joints saw-cut within the proper window, surface cured to spec.
Backfill and drainage installation (retaining walls) — drain pipe, gravel backfill, and weep holes installed before any soil load.
Sealing and final walkthrough — surface sealer applied where appropriate, project documented and warranted.
