I.OVERVIEW
Prepped right. Coated once. Rated for the traffic you actually have.
A resinous floor is only as good as the concrete under it. Paragon coats warehouse, industrial, retail, showroom, and back-of-house floors with epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane systems — but we win or lose the job at the prep stage. We mechanically profile the slab, repair cracks and control joints, verify the concrete's moisture level, and only then coat. The result holds up to forklifts, foot traffic, wash-downs, and chemical exposure instead of peeling in a year.
II.WHY IT MATTERS
Not every commercial floor needs the same coating. We spec the system to how the space is actually used.
The workhorse for warehouses, storage, and light-industrial floors. Excellent adhesion and abrasion resistance at the best price point. Best installed where the space can be off-limits for a few days to cure, and where UV exposure is minimal.
Fast-cure (often back in service the next day), UV-stable so it won't amber or yellow, and more resistant to hot-tire pickup and chemical spills. The right call for showrooms, retail floors, entries with daylight, and operations that can't afford days of downtime.
Broadcast quartz or flake systems and anti-slip aggregate for commercial kitchens, wash bays, and wet areas where slip resistance and a sanitary, seamless surface are code and safety requirements — not just aesthetics.

VII.THE PARAGON DIFFERENCE
The Work
Concrete surface prep (grinding and shot-blasting), crack and joint repair, and epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane floor coating systems for high-traffic commercial and industrial floors.
The Paragon Difference
The coating almost never fails — the prep does. We diamond-grind the slab to profile, moisture-test before we coat, and schedule around your operations so the floor cures without shutting you down for a week.
